Sorry but those are not obvious choices...

-There has not been a FF game on the console for a long time, so the audience is not there (or at least is not obvious that is there)

-Kingdom Hearts games have never been released on Nintendo home consoles, so not obvious

-RE: Revelations sold very poorly on the Wii U (100k according to VGChartz), so that already proved that it is not an obvious choice

You can argue that a game like Dragon Quest Heroes is a decent option (Zelda Musou did ok, and DQX is on the Wii U), or maybe something like porting MH4 U for the console could do well, specially if Nintendo does the distribution in the West, there could be other options but very few are obvious choices.

monster hunter could probably be the first million 3rd party seller on wii u(especially with your wii u japan install base pretty much all played and loved monster hunter and it has sold over 500k as of september)

Yokia Watch could be a million seller as well

Kingdom hearts 3 could get close since lot of wii u owners owned the ds and 3ds titles

Final fantasy could do well if it releases after X due to the rpg fans buying the system

Dragon quest could do a million( I mean it sold over 200k in japan with a 1.8 million install base(thats not bad)

Zelda Musou didnt do just ok it did fantastic for a dynasty warriors game in America and Europe( Its almost the 3rd highest selling dw in its history in US)
