The car is a bit anomolous, but in a slightly better quality image than was shown in this thread, you can see that it isn't quite as bad as it seems. I think it might be a graphical glitch they are working on; for example, they and a shadow glitch on the skyscrapers in the earlier builds of Xenoblade Chronicles X that they have since ironed out judging by the latest footage. So I wouldn't make too much of it myself.
