One last-gen title that I wish would be ported to the Wii is Black. It was a FPS on PS2 and the original Xbox (may have been on the Cube but i'm not sure). Had no multiplayer so in the wake of Halo 2 it got completely tossed to the side but it was quite a blast to play. Plus the lack of a solid FPS is one of the glaring omissions in the Wii's library so I think the demand could be there and it could sell decently.
