Each console has their strengths & weeknesses.... But on the case of Nintendo, the lack of games is a problem... A situation like this could be plugged if you had 2 extra A+ developers, like Rare or Factor 5.....
Look on the brightside, once you hit rock bottom, the only way is up, so it shouldn't be all rough sailing long term....
Nintendo publicly acknowledged this issue 6months ago (Lack of variety/games), so worst case scenario they're 2 years away from being strong again....
