1 for the Wii U in two years (Zelda: WW), 2 for the 3DS to date (Oot 3D, Star Fox 64 though Pokemon Remakes + MM + Xenoblade are coming). Nintendo handhelds have had "remakes" since forever though (Super Mario Bros. 1-3, World, and Yoshi's Island, Zelda III, and several others were remade for the GBA).
Not exactly a "ton".
Master Chief Collection alone is 4 games "remade", lol.
