The size of a game world is not tied to the power of a system. Some dungeon crawlers from the 8-bit era are far more massive than most games today. Xenoblade X will be as big as it's designed to be, and FF15 will be as big as it's designed to be. Saying that because the PS4 is more powerful therefore the world will be bigger is as illogical and foolish as thinking your car will go faster because it has more red stripes painted onto it.
