Assassin’s Creed: Unity & Far Cry 4 Removed From Steam, Still Available On Origin

Earlier today, some reports suggested that Ubisoft’s latest titles (Assassin’s Creed: Unity, Far Cry 4 and The Crew) were removed from Steam UK. Naturally, we thought this was a region thing, therefore we did not pay attention to them. However, the French company went ahead and removed those games from all regions. Far Cry 4 – NVIDIA GameWorks Trailer

NVIDIA’s Andrew Burnes has informed us about a new trailer for Far Cry 4 that shows off the GameWorks effects that will be implemented in it. According to the green team, Far Cry 4 will support HBAO+, Percentage-Closer Soft Shadows, TXAA, tessellated crepuscular God rays, as well as NVIDIA’s HairWorks that adds dynamic, realistic fur to many of the animals. Grand Theft Auto V May Use Denuvo DRM, FIFA 15 & Lords of the Fallen Still Not Cracked

An interesting rumor surfaced today (we’re marking this as a rumor since Rockstar has not confirmed anything yet), suggesting that GTA V may use the new Denuvo DRM on top of the Steam DRM. In case you’re wondering, Denuvo is the DRM that was used in both FIFA 15 and Lords of the Fallen; two PC games that have not been cracked as of yet. Continue reading
