I agree the PS1 and GCN had great boot ups. I kinda liked the Dreamcast one for the sound too.
Japanese Sega Saturn had a great one mind. Much more exciting than the Western boot up sequence. Special mention though goes to Mega CD with Sonic throwing confetti over the SEGA logo with a "SAYGAH" chime.
