Yeah, this is gonna get torn to shreds by critics for not being "speedy" enough.

Not speedy enough and simplistic platforming is my guess. Along with cheesey characters.

But all sonic games arent 'speedy' enough anymore. Sometimes I feel reviews wear thick nostalgia goggles when reviewing new Sonic games.

 

As long as its not as buggy as Sonic 06 should already make it get a 50 metascore.
