Nope. (Higher O2 concentrations would explain that one. Atmosphere is more "liquid" and the bodies of such beasts would have an effective buyoncy to help support their size as well as feed their muscles. They'd also have hollow bones and be surprisingly light. Also why they all have big tails.)
