Why are people arguing over definitions here?
Harassment: "aggressive pressure or intimidation."
Note the word "aggressive". Note the absence of words such as "passive", "implied", or "perceived as".
Discrimination: "the unjust or prejudicial treatment of different categories of people, especially on the grounds of race, age, or sex."
This one's a little more difficult because of that pesky "or" in there. It can be unjust OR prejudicial. The implication being here that discrimination is not necessarily unjust. (For example, my comment about social studies degrees above was prejudiced but not unjust).

These are the definitions. Let's actually make this thread a bit more interesting by moving the debate beyond semantics.
