I'm always disappointed when I click the link to what I think is an article, only to find out it's a video...
I work in a residential facility for disabled adults, so I spend a fair amount of time in waiting rooms...
It's a lot easier to read an article quietly and politely than to watch a video...
That's not to say I don't love a good video, but reading has its benefits...
