The thing is, stereotypes are all over the real world. This crap is very commonplace and needs to change. Just because most people don't recognize it, especially those in the majority, doesn't mean it doesn't exist or is unimportant. Seeing this stuff everyday affects you on a level you may not even notice, but it still affects you.
