Actually he stated facts relevant to the topic. It seems you're the one that doesn't want any realy "discussion" unless it's inline with your thoughts.

That being said I can understand how frame rate drops could add to the feel of a game in certain situations, possibly in hyrule warriors though I haven't played it myself. However this will always be inferior to an intentionally programmed slow motion feature which will continue running at a consistent 60/30 frames per second and only happens when the developers intend it to.

Personally I can't remember ever coming across a game where the frame rate drops added to my experience, but I'm sure they can.
