This is the last thing I will say but I want to understand your mind set.

Hypothetical: I will keep the basketball theme since it was already stated but you can change it to any activity seen as male dominated based on their typical strengths. Two people are trying out for the basketball team at their highschool. One is clearly dominating the other in almost every ability and even height. At the end of the try-outs the coach picks the less skilled player. When the better player asks the coach why they weren't chosen he replies, "You were the least qualifying canidate. While you clearly excel.....at the end of the day you are a woman and because of "biology" and "statistical analysis" on what men can usually do he was the better choice, but if you are serious about being part of the team cheerleader try-outs are next week."

Now in this instance do you truly think that is right and correct?

But no matter the answer I want you to really think about this; no matter what you do, what you think you are good at unless you are the top of your field, there are women who can do it better than you. Statistics do not apply to individuals.

There's a very obvious flaw in your "logic". Your example is such an extreme minority that to give it credence is to suddenly make the majority look useless. Your example will only apply among a bunch of male basketball players who don't know what they're doing and with a particular female talent (one) that is once in a generation. It simply doesn't happen. That's it. You can say all you want about lack of opportunity, but the REALITY is, MEN ARE FREAKING STRONGER AND FASTER. You can't deny that fact.

What you're trying to do is insert an extreme situation into the mix and call it normal. That doesn't happen. It's a rarity and taking that and focusing on it isn't fair to the other 99%. Just because one person doesn't like the taste of McDonald's buns doesn't mean that the company suddenly has to change them. I won't reply anymore to garbage minority concerns like this. Women have their own strengths so they should focus on those. Don't try to take away things that men clearly do better just because you want a slice of the pie.
