Silence of the Lambs. I actually despised this movie for the fact that my father would always quote "It puts the lotion on it's skin..." as a joke and when I was younger that always bothered me. I also saw only a few scenes and I thought the movie was going to be too gritty and disgusting. All stupid reasons to underestimate a movie, I know.
However, it's much smarter than I expected. Of course, it's highly praised by nearly everyone, but when you are younger that means nothing. Now it's one of my favorite movies.
