But is it aggressive intimidation? I'd say most of the examples were more passive. The ones following up with "HEY YOU THINK I'M UGLY!?" etc, THAT is Harassment. However the idea of saying hello to someone is not, and you can't say well it is if they want sex with them, because, although you can make an educated guess. Here's the reality, You don't know what is going through that person's head.
And unless you can conclusively prove the reason for whatever someone has done, you cannot outright state their intentions as a fact.
It just shows how much prejudice people have.
