*sigh* not going to bother with arguing over the fusion concept and its many flaws, merely going to say it could be half that price and if they marketed it like they did the Wii U, it would bomb just as hard. The only saving grace would be the handheld's rep, but their sales on every front would continue to decay.
A new, traditional home console that is more powerful than the PS4 in 2018 (easy to do, btw) with great marketing > Fusion or anything else you name with bad marketing.
Also, stop with the "Wii is as powerful as an Xbox/GC" myth. Because that's what it is, a myth. The Wii is estimated to be ~2x as powerful as the GC and more powerful than the Xbox. There has never been a case where a console weaker than the most powerful previous gen console has done well. Ever
