yes i agree and i'd go as far as to say that from my perspective that sex is the main reason men interact with women
now i personally do not think that this is a bad thing to me it just is, but regardless of whether its bad or not the fact remains that this is how men are

what i would suggest is that you equip yourself with a weapon such as pepper spray or a stun gun if you truly do fear for your safety
i do not believe that telling men not to initiate contact with women unless they receive signals first is going to work
unless we work towards creating legislation that restricts the freedoms of men in terms of interacting with women until women give the ok
to me that is the only way that will work, if men are punished for initiating contact with women who don't want it
human behavior does not always stay inside of the range that other people appreciate and that applies to all of us
sometimes men will do things that upset women and vice versa
it is how things work
but there can be intervention by the state we could have the state strip some of the freedoms of men away to ensure your safety as i mentioned above
you could propose this to those around you and see if you can gain support for this but yeah to me that is the only way
