@The Ghost of RubangB: From what I heard, Miis are unlockable so it still feels like Mario Kart while you play (aka. you don't pick your Miis as the first thing you do, apparently) from the Iwata Interviews
I am a PC gamer, and also have a NDS now, but without access to a Nintendo Wii until End of 2007.
