| FiveOVER said: I'm definitely getting a 3ds, if only for fire emblem. Not anytime soon though, maybe after the new 3ds releases and region free is here. There's also monster hunter and I've always wanted to try out the ace attorney series. A new metroid would be nice too. Hopefully you get more games that interests you on the 3ds later. |
A 2D Metroid would be amazing, but I have the feeling Nintendo is done with those. Maybe Yokai Watch will do the trick. Or Project S.T.E.A.M., which looks pretty fun even though the art style is nowhere near as cool as I'd hoped. (In my head I was picturing something like Gravity Rush or Valkyria Chronicles rather than... that.)
Sadly, the kind of stuff I've always liked best on Nintendo handhelds is drying up as the little Japanese devs pack it up and move to mobile. Which wouldn't be so bad if they made the same kinds of games there, but alas, they're just churning out typical mobile garbage for the most part.
