Low framerate, bad gameplay (character shift, power/character balance, even buttons are wrong), upscaled resolution, the graphics are not really good, the quicktime event are awful, even the story is not really great, but the horror part of the game is really splendid, . It's not just violent and gore like God of War, it's not like a movie because you are in charge, it really has a good horror atmosphere, more specifically, a Clive Barkley atmosphere. I still remember a few scenes, like the marble covered in shit and blood, the kid ghosts or the crucified guys you can kill or not. The game really impressed me, that's one of my best games, but it's not a good game, the PS3 port not good, it has 60% metacritic and sold like shit. |
Its funny you mention Rampage, I was just gonna come back and add the N64 port of Rampage to my list xD
Wasn't really a great game for the same reasons you gave, but I loved playing it when I had friends over.
