Well for starters I completely believe Smash is a huge heavy hitter for not just Holiday, but all of Q1 and Q2 2015. The hype around it already seems way bigger than MK8, which gave the Wii U a nice sales bump for a few months. I'm actually hearing Nintendo naysayers saying they want the system just for Smash, and it's not even out yet. If word of mouth starts spreading once it comes out, it could be all Wii U needs for a long time in 2015.  Aside from that though, they have enough  first party exclusives lined up next year to release nearly one per month. They may not actually release one every month, but either way we should get a solid 10 first party Nintendo games. Opposed to this year which pretty much just had Donkey Kong, MK8, Hyrule Warriors, and Smash. 2015's lineup is nowhere near as sparsely populated, and that's assuming nothing big unannounced comes out towards the end of the year, which is still a possibility.

It's not about having more games ... It's about having more impact and for 2015 I see nothing other than Splatoon or Zelda ...
