Just because the hardware is inferior doesn't mean that the port isn't shitty either ... 

If it's unoptimized for the PS4 then the same holds true for Xbone as well since they both use similar CPU and GPU architectures ... 

It's hard to tell though how much of the disparity is just differences in power and how much is shitty coding.
