Sorry, PS4's screenshot feature is not the issue. Screenshots look great on PS4, almost pixel-perfect.

I disagree. Its not like PC version using scrrenshot buttopn or fraps. A few days ago I was checking infamous second son and watch dogs recorded pic. While it works decently in daylight pics but in night scene or evening scenes its not good at all. It shows a big difference.

I think that's mostly to do with how the images are saved in JPG format. So generally, the PS4 screenshots wouldn't look any worse than other screenshots saved in JPG.
