More unique to smash due to the possibility of more than one opposing player, and it's a game that can become very un-fun if someone's out to get you.

Of course, it only applies when there's both a skill gap, and more than two players, so i can't imagine you're getting too many bans for that to begin with.

I think it's a rather silly rule to have, if you feel someone is constantly targetting you then just leave the current lobby and join another one.
