I don't need to check, I know 2013 is my most played year, I spent over 90 hours on Fire Emblem and 70 on Animal Crossing that year. And that doesn't include everything else I played. My playtime so far this year probably comes to around 100 hours. My Wii U has been one reason for this, playtime for that is 60 hours in October alone, at least 15 to 20 hours every other month apart from July when I was in Canada.
I'd guess my 2013 playtime for 3DS comes in around 250 to 300 hours.

2011: 134 hours, 23 minutes.
2012: 115 hours, 56 minutes.
2013: 309 hours, 23 minutes.
2014: 126 hours, 41 minutes.
