Iwata responds to region locking questions

I feel Iwata's pain to a certain degree , it takes a lot of hard work and money to translate and get voice actors for every region. That being said, I wonder if Iwata feels our pain when a game we are REALLY looking forward to doesn't get released Worldwide?
