So let me get this straight... these people were trying to lie to Microsoft by turning in a digital game, yet they didn't know that their Gamertag made them easily identifiable for a possible ban? What was their train of thought?
I do agree with them getting banned for committing fraud. While revoking their titles was a little over the top, it makes sense since the account is no longer accessible.
