This. Even if a person wouldn't notice the difference in pixel count, you're tv certainly will. Especially LCD screens are very sensitive to non-native resolutions. Most of the time the image get's upscaled but that's just trying to show more detail then there is. I don't care that much about a few more pixels, but a hate a blurry image.
