I saw the Nintendo Facebook page announcement before this post. They said the locations of the ramps and speed boosts change everytime you play except for TT. 

Oh. Did it mention anything about adding different kind of ramps perhaps?

It shows different ramps in the video you posted. Watch carefully when it goes into a four-screen montage. They are all looking at the same part of the track but with different layouts.
