The drop in quality from A Crack in Time did not have much to do with going from 60 to 30 fps. The problem was that it was that the franchise was handed over to Insomniacs B-team, which also focused on make crappy spin-offs. To prove my point, Into the Nexus was great even though it was 30 fps.
God, I really want to play this game!
