Is PS3 actually catching up in Americas gaming market?

I don't think the number of people buying PS3s solely for Blu-Ray surpasses 5%. Back when it first launched, a case could've been made for 10-15%, but Blu-Ray sales aren't increasing enough to assume that such a large portion of ps3 owners use it primarily for watching Blu-Ray.
