Bloodborne Producer: Targeting 30 FPS because it's better for action games

All this is is PR to not make the PS4 seem weaker than the perception out there. I don't mean that in a ill way, but this is the second Sony game to use an excuse about why it can't hit a certain mark that I think people expect a PS4 game to hit.
