The item balance doesn't need to be changed that much, it is really good.
The first thing I would change is getting a coin when you already have 10, it is completely useless and shouldn't happen. Secondly, but maybe that's just me, remove the lightning item who is serving no one but is just annoying and randomly super annoying (jump)
