Its all about the hype and the media. I mean when you decide you dont just decide on early multiplat adoptions or anything everyone is claiming. You decide based on games, controller and system itself. System is more flexible than the PS4, controller, lets not even go there and games, well the third worth mentioning just came out for a whole year in a console's release and that was driveclub and turned out worse than it is even three weeks later.
And before anyone tells me about multiplatform games lets all remember their performance on the PS3 compared to the 360 which was also more expensive. Facts are simple, today's gamers are all about the noise. If its coming from the PS4 then they will be there. Imagine how well it is selling and it has no actual games other than Infamous.
