I agree with your point but just to explain something about the gameplay demos... even games supposed to be marketed on Xbone like CoD: Ghost have this gameplay demo showed on PS4 because the Xbone version was not finished yet and it was subpar compared with PS4 version.
Publishers will choose the best version to show: PC or PS4 (when they want to show the console version)... it is not biased but the fact they have the game ready first with PS4 (easy to developer and optimize) and the quality is better too.
I can't blame publishers because they did that with 360 last gen too... the games are ready first and in better quality on 360.
