You're completely out of the loop. All those IPs are MS's first party even if they go to PC.

All of them were funded to stay on MSs platform and they stayed during their relevant shelf life.

Go look up what first party means. Also, just because a game is funded doesn't mean its first party, nor does it mean it will stay exclusive forever. Funding third party pads out and masks Microsofts lack of internal prowess. 

First party, exclusives, they're the same... until the rights/contract gets bought/expire.

Also, your fixation with Microsoft got old kid. Change your tune.

First party is exclusive, but not all exclusives are first party. Learn the difference. Reliability on when someone talks about internal IP production is key. THis is why people question Microsoft. Their ability is questionable.
