Without being privy to the data you really can't make foregone conclusions like this. The article states Forza Horizon which was after Fifa. UK is seeing a lot more deals recently than the US is.

Jeez. Again, I'm not saying it didn't happen a couple of weeks. I'm saying, "are selling 50k a week at the moment" sounds like it's a trend. It can't be. A few weeks here and there yes. Not something that's gonna happen every week from FIFA onwards.

It entirely depends on when this was writte, if it's within the last few days then I don't believe they would say "At the moment" for sales that are over 4 weeks old ....
