If the evidence doesn't point to it then we can't speak of a scientific theory. Scientific theories are, a lot of the time, just the best truth to something we can come up with at the moment. That's why we consider them to be facts a lot of the time. |
That's exactly what i'm saying, that's the theory part to evolution which can change and be mended over time like any theory if we discover that evolution works in a different way or in more ways than we thought before.
