Ok, still does every single tiny Skandinavian country need a Panopticon? Wouldn't 2 suffice? These 5 countries have 26 mil people in total, while a whole ethnic group many (5 or 6) times larger gets nothing. Whole Central Europe got nothing, all European Slavs got outright ignored. This really is outrageous and can't be excused. Seriously, Warsaw and Budapest should be on the list and there can be no excuses about not including them. At least I won't accept any.

I don't disagree with you. I think one or both should have been on the list.

Brazil doesn't need two. Senegal and Kenya are both very questionable. Hawaii and Alaska should have been traded for Atlanta or Boston. Edmonton should have been traded for Vancouver.
