Of all the digital downloads I've ever purchased, which is many, this is the first with an issue. That tells me this game inparticular has an issue. If I generally had problems with digital downloads I wouldn't have purchased Halo:MCC digitally. Maybe you need to look up the definition of "predictable."

The alternative is settling with games I won't enjoy nearly as much. So please, don't push your inferior choices on me.

I'm not blaming customer support for being ill-equiped to handle this specific problem. I don't think someone with your intellect could figure this out either. I'm blaming them for wasting time with the same solutions that didn't work before.

Anyhow, I might have found a solution because the download is now beyond 50% instead of getting stuck at 31%. Pray for Mojo.
