For sales it will obviously be PS4. Even if the XBone catches up in the U.S & kills it, the PS4 will still win WW thanks to Europe.
It will be PS4 > XBone > U unless a Price Cut somehow causes Wii U sales to rocket and beat XBone but that's extremely unlikely.
As for quality, that is totally subjective. I have a PS4 & will likely get a U. It's fair game next year as to which gets more of my gaming time.
