It's a Kart, not an ATV. You can tell by how Mario's feet are inside the vehichle.
Anywho, this update didn't really excite me at all. Probably woulda liked the Jeep if not for it's color scheme, and I never cared for Yoshi Circuit. Hopefully they show us the Zelda track next!
