It's a tough call. Disney has 50 more years of work to its name, including the first feature-length animated movie, several pioneering animation techniques, and what I consider the best animated movie of all time, Pinocchio. That said, Ghibli has had far more success over to the past 30 years, thanks in no small part to Miyazaki, the finest director of animated movies of his or any other generation.
In the end I'd have to give it to Disney, simply because its library is so deep. If this was a contest between the top ten movies from each studio, however, I'd give the edge to Ghibli.
