The real scariness in RE4 are the Garradors and Regenerators. Nothing in TLOU approaches that level of terror.

Nothing shits me up like the approaching sound of a chainsaw.

Don't forget the dogs in the maze of RE4.  That part of the game always gets me tense as hell.
