Captain Falcon beat them up game in Mute City with third person controls like GTA would be better. You can even use your machine to knock people flying ( because Nintendo will probably uses smash bros physics over realism to avoid controversy). And since Falcon is a bounty hunter, his mission would be tracking down criminals. And if you finish all your missions/bounties, you can play as Blood Falcon to hurt innocent civilian as well.
