How come RTS isn't in there yet TPS and FPS are?, I know there's the "other" option but I believe RTS deserves to be up there like the rest since it's not a sub genre or anything less.
2010 I'd say was diverse for me since I played a game from almost each genre like:

I'd say 2010 was a really great year for me but I can't really decide which game of each genre though, I'm more a fence sitter when it comes to choices like this, I like them all too much.

Also this is pretty handy for those that want to confirm games released in 2010 for listing, I wish they had genre data placed next to them but I'm not really fussed about opening the links in another tab to find what genre is specified.
