Well if that petition reaches 50k I'm sure capcom would reconsider a port. The graphics don't seem too amazing compared to other games.

Very true, but if any gaming company has exhibited a willingness to consider petitions, it's Capcom.  Heck, they were even courteous enough to acknowledge the fanboyish "Dump the Xbox 360 version of DMC4" online petition.
