It will help, but it also will need word of mouth from those who bought it. Maybe an endorsement from tons of influential Youtubers or something? I don't know.
The thing with reviews is that they really help if they are combined with lots of hype preceding them, and a nice marketing blitz. If it doesn't have all those things working for it, then they wont help a lot.
